How does the tap actually work?
Same idea as tap to pay — just hold your phone near the charm, no app or download needed, and a message pops right up.
Will it work with my phone?
Yes — nearly every phone made in the last several years has NFC built in and ready to go, including iPhone XR and newer, and most Android devices.
Does the charm collect or store my data?
No — the charm doesn't collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It's a simple NFC chip that points to a link, the same way a QR code does. No tracking, no data collection, nothing saved about you or your phone.
Do I need to charge it or replace a battery?
No — there's nothing to charge and no battery involved. It's always ready to tap.
Do I get the same message every time?
Nope — each vibe has 100+ messages in rotation, and a new one unlocks every night at midnight. It never gets old.
Can I get more than one vibe on the same charm?
No — each charm is set to one vibe at checkout, which determines which rotating message set it displays. If you want a different vibe, you'll need a separate charm (or check out our Custom & Social Charms if you'd rather have something you can reprogram yourself).
Can I get a charm with a custom link instead of a vibe?
Yes — just choose Custom Link when picking your vibe, and add your Spotify playlist, socials, website, or anything else you'd like. Didn't get it quite right, or want to switch it up later? Every charm comes with free instructions to reprogram it yourself anytime.
What are the charms made of?
Each charm is handmade and 3D-printed with a smooth matte finish — lightweight, durable, and built to clip onto any bag.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the US only.
How long does shipping take?
Every charm is made to order — please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused charms in original condition, including custom link charms. Customer covers return shipping. Charms with a custom design — your name, initials, or logo molded into the piece — are final sale, since they can't be reprogrammed or resold.
What if my charm arrives defective?
We check every charm before it ships to make sure it's tap-ready and looking its best. In the rare case something arrives wrong, just reach out and we'll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?
Since every charm is made to order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change. Once production begins, we're unable to modify or cancel the order.
