Every charm is handmade and made to order — please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. You'll get a tracking notification the moment it's on its way.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your TapKeeps charm. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused charms in their original condition, including custom link charms — since the tap-link can be reprogrammed anytime, these are treated the same as our vibe charms. Customer covers return shipping costs.

Charms with a custom design — your name, initials, or logo physically molded into the piece — are final sale, since they can't be reprogrammed or resold once personalized that way.

If your charm arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away — we'll make it right.
