1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from tapkeeps.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Our Products

All TapKeeps™ charms are handmade and made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships. Colors and finishes may vary slightly between batches due to the nature of handmade, 3D-printed goods.

3. How the NFC Tap Feature Works

Each TapKeeps™ charm contains a simple NFC (near-field communication) chip, the same technology used in tap-to-pay systems. When tapped with a compatible smartphone, the chip opens a link — either a rotating daily message (for Vibe charms) or a custom link you provide (for Custom & Social Charms).

We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal data through this feature. The chip functions like a QR code: it simply points to a link. TapKeeps™ does not track taps, location, device information, or any other personal data through the charm itself.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier issues outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused charms in original condition, including Custom & Social Charms (since their link can be reprogrammed). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Charms with a physically custom design — including a name, initials, or logo molded into the piece itself — are final sale, as they cannot be reprogrammed or resold.

If your charm arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

TapKeeps™, the TapKeeps™ logo, "Tap For Daily Joy," and all associated brand names and taglines are trademarks of TapKeeps™ (USPTO Serial #99773818, pending). All quote and message content displayed through TapKeeps™ charms is original content owned by TapKeeps™ and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is." While we stand behind the quality of our handmade goods and will address defects in good faith, we make no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms and our Shipping & Returns policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapKeeps™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
